Share photos & videos

You tin can share photos, videos, albums, and movies with any of your contacts, even if they don't use the Google Photos app.

Share photos & videos in a conversation

  1. On your computer, open up photos.google.com.
  2. Sign in to your Google Business relationship.
  3. Place your cursor over a photo or video, and click Select Done.
  4. Click Share Share.
  5. Nether "Send in Google Photos," select people to share with.
    • To share with ane person, click their name.
    • To observe someone specific, click Search . Enter their name, phone number, or email address.
    • To share with a group, click New group, and select multiple people.
  6. Optional: Write a message to go with your shared media.
  7. Click Ship.

Tip: There is a xx,000 photograph limit on conversations.

  1. On your computer, open photos.google.com.

Find albums & conversations you've shared

  1. On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
  2. At the acme left, click Sharing . You'll find your shared albums, conversations, and sharing activity, like comments and recently added photos.
  3. If you don't discover what you're looking for, at the bottom, click Evidence more.

Get out an album

Important: When you leave a shared anthology, all of the photos, videos, comments, and likes you take added will be removed.

  1. Click the album.
  2. At the elevation right, click More than More and then Leave anthology.

Leave a conversation

Important: When you leave a conversation, all of the photos, videos, comments, and likes y'all have added will exist removed.

  1. Click the conversation.
  2. In the conversation, click your business relationship icon or initial.
  3. Adjacent to your name, click Go out.

  1. In a shared album or conversation thread, click on the comment or like.
  2. Click Delete.

Learn about what happens when you share photos & videos

When you transport to a contact in Google Photos:

  • People get an in-app notification and a push notification. If it's a new album or conversation, they get an email notification.
  • The shared items appear in their Sharing page.
  • Their account profile photo or initial is added to the album or conversation and volition appear faded until they view the album or conversation.
  • When they view the anthology or conversation, their account profile photograph or initial will announced in the action view next to the latest photos, comments, or likes they have viewed.
  • If they bring together, like, comment, or add photos to a shared album or conversation, their profile image changes to their account profile photograph or initial.

When you add together photos or videos to shared albums or conversations

  • Your account profile photograph or initial will announced adjacent to the latest photos you added.
  • If you lot share a video captured fully or partially in dull motion, viewers can watch any role of the video at a slower speed in their ain player.

When someone shares an album or conversation with y'all

Of import: If you think someone is spamming you, yous can block or study them.
